100 Ways to Motivate Yourself
Motivation is such an important key to success. Never underestimate the power of how you feel day to day. If your motivation is constantly up and down, so will your ability to accomplish and live your dreams.
You should motivate yourself regularly just like you brush your teeth or take a shower. You have to do it often for it to really have an impact in how you life your life. Motivation is usually short-term. This is why it must be repeated. Can you remember a time you felt good? Maybe it was after a good church sermon, motivational seminar, or talking to an inspirational friend. You felt so powerful in the moment, it felt like you could do anything.
Then the next day, your psyche was back to normal. The motivation had worn off and it was back to business as usual. Well imagine feeling energized, powerful, and 100 % motivated everyday before getting started. How much more work could you get done? How much more fun would the day be? Would the extra energy, creativity, and courage be beneficial to you and all that you want to achieve?
Motivation is how you work smarter not harder. It’s how you amp yourself up to do the things you’re afraid to do.
Listen to the video (more like audio) above and implement at least 5 motivation techniques he discusses. You don’t have to listen to the whole thing today. Just listen to a few minutes, try the techniques he mentions, then come back tomorrow, listen again, and try some different techniques.
Remember, to achieve things you’ve never achieved, you have do things you’ve never done.
