Sometimes we crave foods that we know aren’t good for us. Our tongues tell us yes even when our bodies say no.
Luckily, there are lots of different ways we can satisfy both our minds and bodies. Two of my biggest cravings are ice cream and cheesecake. When I eat these, my health gets whacky and my body is out of balance. But I’ve figured out some great natural health swaps that keep me on track and satisfy the cravings of my tongue.
