We asks questions like:
– Why am I here?
– What’s my purpose?
– What should I do next?
Often times, asking the questions is the extent of our interactions with these issues. However, most good conversations involve talking and listening.
While most of us have the talking down pact, we rarely take the time to listen. Once we pose these questions to ourselves or to God, we rarely provide the space, vulnerability, and stillness to allow ourselves to hear the answers.
Meditation is the perfect technique to hearing the answers to our most burning questions. The gentleness of surrender is a symbol of our faith and trust in the process of life.
If you’re new to meditation or you’ve tried meditation and it didn’t quite work for you, here are 3 tips to enhancing your practice.
Try these tips before judging whether they will work for you. Experience, not logic, is your best teacher. Logic will only help you understand everything you already know. Experience will expand your current awareness and take you to new heights.
These Meditation techniques will help you become quiet and listen even if you think this is impossible.
