Everyday, just by being her energetic self, my almost 2 year old daughter reminds me of this. It’s amazing to watch her jump, run, climb, and play. And the more she moves, the more she wants to move.
You may not remember feeling like this, but we adults are very similar. The more we exercise and get moving, the more we crave exercise.
Just keep it fun and enjoyable and exercise can transform your life from helping you to lose weight to giving you more energy throughout the day to slowing down the aging process.
