You would think it would be easy to raise a healthy eater. But in today’s world, it’s not. When I tell people my child does not eat candy or chocolate or cake, sometimes they get offended.

1. Always bring food with you when you leave the house.
2. Be patient with family and friends while you educate them on the benefits of yur dietary choices.
