6 Sacred Steps
It’s true. You tend to hold onto things on a subconscious level. You think you have released it, forgiven, and moved on — but then, wham! Something triggers you and you find out you have merely stuffed that “thing” under a new bed.
(Yes as kid I stuffed a few things under my bed. “My room’s clean mom!” I’d declare with secrecy. Ummm, not.)
So, it’s easy to emotionally stuff, isn’t it? If you are suffering from the human condition, which we all are – you know what I mean! & nbsp;
*Your spouse lies to you, hurts you, or leaves you. Your children don’t listen, they talk back, and withdraw their love.
*Your boss under appreciates you, under pays you, and over estimates what you should do for him/her.
*Your “business” betrayed you, and sucked your last dollar down the drain.
*You lose a loved one…lose control…or lose yourself. You hold resentment, anger, and beliefs about the world that are essentially deemed true by you.
Whatever the pain, whatever the “stuff” that is crammed under the bed… whatever the subconscious mind has stored as “information” to keep you ultimately safe, quietly exists, until it rears it’s ugly head, and disrupts your life… once again.
And that’s including the beautiful vibe you took so long to cultivate!
Such is life. It offers you contrast and challenge, and part of that journey is to work through the illusions your subconscious mind has created that continue show up as limitations.
So, first things first. Know the ego really wants to keep you safe — and give it kudos for that. That is the job of your ego. However, gently remind it that you are fine, even if you are challenged to say so.
(Sidebar…look at you right now – you are ok. You are sitting, peacefully reading. You are where you are, and you are ok. You are merely experiencing the now, and ready to step into your power as a conscious creator!)
There is great power in creating mental shifts in thinking – I’m the first person to say that. However, on occasion your subconscious mind needs a clearing that comes from an experience or a process ~ which can even further support a shift in thinking, or jump start one!
You created certain beliefs, thoughts and emotions based on experience… so it mak es sense at times to create another experience to clear and put perspective back where it needs to be.
Inspired Releasing Rituals can do just that — and send a life changing message to your subconscious mind that it is ok to let go, and to heal.
Now, I’ve got a pretty big tool box as a coach. In fact one of my favorite parts of the coaching process is having a “new’ exercise, a new experiential ritual be born our of a coaching session — just for my client’s specific need. In fact, I would venture to say that some of those processes were attracted from me, by them
The point is — I want you to open yourself up to creativity, and listen to what your highest self tells you. There is great guidance here, and you have full permission to access it.
6 Sacred Steps To Creating An Inspired Releasing Ritual!
1. You’ve got a challenge, an emotion or a trigger. You identify it. You notice it. You know without a doubt this has disrupted you for too long.
2. You make a decision, and a commitment to release it — and make releasing a habit if necessary.
3. You allow yourself to feel through your emotions, and ask the question to your highest self,
“What would symbolize letting go, healing, and a shifting into my highest most soulful perspective? And how could I experience that?”
4. You get your answer, you see it in your minds eye… you’ve got your message. (Open yourself up to creativity, to the splendor of creating a releasing ritual for yourself that will shift your energy, it’s highly energizing and empowering)
5. You set intentions for your releasing ritual. You write them on paper. You intend for letting go, healing, and rele ase — for the highest good of yourself and for all involved. Crucial step here… don’t miss it.
6. Here is the fun part — you do it! And the ideas can be endless. Let them come to you.
Here just a few examples:
~You light the match and burn the letters that have held you emotionally hostage…
~You take back your power by stepping into a tub prepared for a Goddess…
~You write words of love and abundance and forgiveness on your water bottle — and drink up!
~You rebirth yourself and your life with a ceremony of flowers and poetry
~ You take a sacred walk symbolizing renewal or rejuvenation….
~ You have a pink bubble ceremony — and see your resentment float away within a loving pink bubble, never again to return.
Now — go get creativ e!! Allow yourself to partner with your highest self, and give yourself the gift of releasing through the experience of a inspired ritual!
