There are so many good ones to choose from, but I consider Kale one of the best.
Kale is loaded with iron, calcium, vitamins A,C, E and K, and the B’s. It has antioxidants that keep you looking healthy and young.
Kale helps cleanse the cells, which gently detoxifies the body, so it’s great to eat before and after days that you know you’re going to indulge, like holidays including the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving…well, maybe all of the holidays!
This great veggie provides the body with phytonutrients that help prevent cancer, and can really help increase energy levels with anyone currently with cancer, whether you’re curing it naturally or going through conventional medical treatments.
Here is my favorite Kale recipe. It is absolutely delicious. Everyone who has tried it…loves it!
You can also make Kale chips, which makes a great snack, especially for hubbies, kids, and wives who don’t yet share your love for the healthy lifestyle.
