Here’s the ingredients you’ll need:
- 1 cup of walnuts (or you can use almonds)
- 1 cup of pumpkin seeds (or you can use sunflower seeds)
- 1/2 of red pepper
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 tomato
- 1 garlic bulb
- 1/2 cup of mushrooms
- 2 TB sage
- 2 TB rosemary (fresh or dried, as long as it’s ground up)
- 2 TB ground flaxseeds
Cut up vegetables. Grind garlic bulb in food processor. Add nuts and seeds, and process. Add cut up vegetables, and process. Add remainder of ingredients, and process until it’s a meaty texture.
Ready to get your hands dirty for the sake of good food? Use your hands to form the mixture in medium sized patties.
Place on a flex sheet and put in dehydrator for 3-4 hours depending on how solid you prefer. This will be based on your taste.
