Skye is not feeling so well so I wanted to make her a special hummus for lunch. She LOVES hummus! And I knew I could add extra lemon juice and garlic to help give her body the boost that it needs to feel better.
I jumped on google to see what I could find and found this recipe (in the video below) that doesn’t have beans in it. I don’t think I’ve ever had bean-less hummus so I decided to give it a try.
It was delicious. Even hubby loved it. He poured it over his potatoes and devoured them. And he doesn’t even like hummus. Without the beans, the hummus had a lighter more lemony taste. It was great.
