- 1 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1/2 sea salt
- 1 cup cashews
- 2 Tbl lemon juice (or juice from one lemon
- 1/4 cup of cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup of water as needed
Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor or high powered blended.
Use this in any raw recipe that requires cheese. This recipe is the best raw vegan cheese I’ve ever tasted. I’m lactose intolerant so I haven’t eaten real cheese in years. I’m grateful I found this recipe but it’s so good and great addition to so many yummy recipes.
