Over the years, I have become an expert at detoxing the skin. I suffered from eczema until I was 20 years old, which is when I finally discovered the secret to clear and glowing skin.
Detoxing the body, specifically the blood, helps your skin glow the way it was meant to. This is something I discovered that many dermatologist don’t know.
I went to numerous dermatologists over the years and was only prescribed stronger and stronger steroid creams. I thought these creams were healing my skin because for the time I used them, I didn’t see or feel any signs of my eczema.
But one day, when I was nineteen years old and in college, I ran out of cream and couldn’t afford to buy the more for about a week. And oh my…what a week it was. My eczema came back and was worse than it had ever been before. Instead of being in small spots along my legs, it morphed into a giant mess covering my entire legs from the ankle to the knee.
The eczema also grew into into the scaliest and itchiest it had ever been.
I was shocked to see that not only did the steroid creams not help my skin but it made it worse.
This herbal skin detox cocktail that I’m about to share with you is one of the main things that helped me heal my eczema and never use steroid creams again. (Click here to learn about another product that helped save my skin.)
This detox tea is also great for acne, psoriasis, or any inflamed skin condition. It even works great for dull, dry, and flaky skin.
Herbal Skin Detox
Combine all ingredients into a tea ball. Boil water. Pour water into a tea mug. Steep tea ball in 1 tea mug (about two cups) of water for 10 minutes. Drink and Enjoy.
*Bonus: For added detox, include Yellow Dock Root tincture. Herbs are usually more effective then the tincture, but since yellow dock has suck a bitter taste, the tincture is a lot easier on the taste buds.
*I also have to say that all of the techniques I discuss on this website helped me, but I can’t guarantee you the same results for you. And this is not a substitute for medical advice.
