Success, like any adventure, begins with a leap into the unknown.
What is the path to success?
The path to failure and the path to success are very different.
People often confuse them.
Most people navigate their whole lives trying to avoid failure. And they naively believe this is the definition of success. If they can remain as comfortable as possible while living and reaching societal milestones than they will be successful. Most people don’t believe in themselves enough to think they are worth the risk of daily comfort.
The truth is you can’t be successful and be comfortable. Success demands that you step out of your comfort zone. To be successful, you must challenge yourself, you must achieve, and you must strive for greatness. All three of these factors happen after you step out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself. When we seek comfort as our main life goal, we settle into accomplishing only those things we know we can achieve.
When we choose comfort, we avoid fear.
When we choose comfort, we avoid frustration.
When we choose comfort, we avoid self doubt.
And most of all, when we choose comfort, we avoid failure.
However, fear, frustration, self doubt, and failure are all a part of success. These emotions lead us to a deeper understanding of who we are and what we were meant to contribute to the world.
If you want to be successful, you can’t avoid them.
The reward is the level of success you reach when you bravely travel through these range of emotions, especially failure, is so much more fulfilling. Have you ever accomplished something and felt very numb or dissatisfied. Most people think this is natural. But it is not. It is a sign that you placed no real value on what you were striving for. There should be peace after accomplishment, not emptiness.
I remember feeling this way after I graduated from college. I worked so hard and had been through so much, I thought it would be the happiest day of my life. Instead, I didn’t feel much of anything. Years later I realized it never really mattered to me if I finished school. I was just doing what would make the people around me proud. Getting a college degree was not a choice based on my own values. It was a choice based on societal norms and expectations.
Figure out what you want in life and go after it. When you fail, people with judge you and tell you to give up. Don’t. Keep going. Real success is worth a few bumps along the way.
How to Get Motivated — Learn How to Get Motivated Starting Now!
Hello my friends, Noah Hammond here, back with another video advice, coming to you from the most GLORIOUS beach in La Jolla, California. Today, I want to talk about motivation and how to get motivated starting NOW.
This is a really common question that I get from a LOT of my readers, fans, followers and from people like you who are looking for more of that drive in life; the drive to be successful and to attain what you want; that mystical, magical force that seems to elude so many of us.
How can we pop right out of bed with a smile on our face, how can we move through our day with passion, ease, comfort, energy and enthusiasm, how can we really show up fully in our life and how can we get this magical motivation?
The distinction that I want to bring to you today my friend is the distinction of visions versus dreams.
Visions vs Dreams — How to get motivated
Now, visions are GREAT. We all have visions. We have a vision for how we want our life to look. We have a vision for our ideal partner. We have a vision for our ideal income level or our ideal body. We have this idea of what we want. It sounds great. It sounds EXCITING. It sounds motivating. But, it is not actually what gets us moving.
Dreams on the other hand, are where the MAGIC lies. Dreams are the things that seems impossible; seems too good to be true; seems like it will be the most extraordinary, unlikely, but AMAZING thing to come into your life. Dreams are where the motivation lies.
Martin Luther King did not say:
“I have a vision”
He said: “I have a dream”. A dream is where you will find the motivation and find what I call the miracle effect.
Again, visions are exciting. They are a great concept. But, they do not pull forth the GREATNESS within you.
Whereas, the dream is when you strive to achieve something that seems so UNREAL that it literally seems almost unattainable.
BUT, there is a glimmer of hope that “maybe I can get there”. When you go for that thing is when the forces, this magical universe that we live in, really get on YOUR side. That is when the depth of your life’s purpose starts to flow through you. And, that is when miracles happen.
Motivation — My Personal Story
You know, when I first moved here to California, it was because of a dream. I was studying at Rutgers University to be a Civil Engineer and I knew it was not my path. I knew that it was not for me. It was only a vision I had at some point, to be an engineer and make a good salary, or whatever my thought process was.
But soon, I realized it was not for me and I started this dream reality of creating an online business, creating my own income, and setting myself financially free. Eventually, that dream also manifested into moving to California with this online income.
It was a dream that motivated me to take EXTRAORDINARY action throughout the whole fourth and fifth years of my college education. In the middle of the summer, after graduating college, I fulfilled that dream. But, it was not until the miracle effect came into play that this dream became a reality.
I was working so hard trying to build this online business; an online business that I later went on to do two and a half million dollars of online income with.
But at the beginning, we were COMPLETELY unprofitable. I had been working for months and months and months, ten, twelve, fourteen hours a day, pouring my heart and soul into it. We had not made a dime.
One night I was out, actually at a bar with my friends, not thinking about work at all, and suddenly this inspired idea came into my mind — to check and pay attention to a part of the website that I had been working on that I had never looked up before. Some inspiration telling me maybe this was where the answer was.
So, I left my friends. I jetted home and sure enough, this place on the website where I never thought to look at was completely broken. So, I fixed it and went to bed.
The next morning, I have woken up and we had made our first sale. I literally made THOUSANDS of dollars in my sleep.
Then, in the very next night, we made more sales and the money started pouring in. Suddenly, this dream had become a reality and it was because of the miracle effect. It was because of the universal alignment. This was the highest calling I could see for myself in that moment.
How bad do you want it?
We often envy what others have, especially celebrities, but are we willing to work as hard as they have worked to accomplish their success?

How hard are you willing to work for it?

GET INSPIRED – Never Give Up On Your Goals!

Manifest Anything You Want
I thought this would be a nice video to watch first thing in the morning.
In life we make choices about what everything we do. Manifesting is just a way to consciously think though those choices make them from a place of awareness rather than from an unconscious awareness.
What would make you happy?
Well, wouldn’t it make sense to wok toward strengthening the presence of these things in your life?
That’s what videos like this one does. It helps you focus your energy on getting more of what you value and desire in your life. The video also has some great affirmations.
Steve Jobs on Failure
Fear is not the enemy of success. Paralysis is the enemy of success.
I have yet to discover the secret to avoiding fear. Most chances I take and leaps I’ve made, I was totally afraid when I got started. But you know what? I did it anyway.
So what if you’re afraid? Fear doesn’t have to stop you!
Keep going. It’s when we stop and waddle in the negative feelings that they control us.
Acknowledge fear and make the call anyway. Send the email anyway. Go to the meeting anyway. This is the best way to train yourself to overcome the negative emotions.
Never let the fear of failure stop you. Sometimes we win and sometimes we lose. In my mind, the game isn’t over until I win. When I succeed, when I accomplish my goal, then the game can end, until then, I’m still in it. Standing. Working. Waiting for success.
When you stay in the game long enough to succeed, it will yield to you.
So don’t be afraid of failure. Train yourself to be afraid of not giving it your all and not going hard enough toward your dreams. This is the only thing to fear. You have no reason to fear fear when it can’t stop you.
Most Inspirational Video Ever
We don’t just need motivation to achieve what we want to do in this lifetime. Sometimes we need motivation just to be who we really are. All throughout life, we wear a mask of who we think we should be. How we act, what we think, and what we believe is sometimes filtered through the perspective of who we think we should be.
This is why confronting death is so powerful. Death strips away all of the masks. it forces us to confront our real selves and to our lives. In an instant, death presents us with our truth. The story in this video is a beautiful illustration of that. Death is powerful.
But life is powerful too. Don’t wait until you or someone close to you is facing death to face your life. Use this motivation to strip away all of the superficial sh#t you think is real. What’s real to you? What’s your truth? Are you living it?
These are the questions that should consume your life. These are the questions you should use to build your future.
What would you do if you lost both of your arms and legs? What if you were born that way?

Motivation For Sports
Motivation for sports and athletic achievement isn’t much different than motivation for life. There are times when we want to give up. We run out of breath. We’re in pain. We think we can’t go any further. Then we have to dig deep inside ourselves and bring out everything we possibly have to keep going and achieve.
This is the key to life. When things get hard, we have to go inside and express the best of who we are. In these moments, we discover all that we are made up. It’s impossible to live according to our full potential when we don’t even know who we are. Giving the best effort enables us to undergo self discovery. We become aware of our abilities in a way we didn’t know before.
Once we’re aware of our potential, it’s no longer just potential. We can activate and use this energy any time we want to. This is when big things manifest in our lives and we achieve on a much more massive scale than we ever have been.
