Here is a great tomato pizza sauce recipe. It doesn’t require any cooking. It’s raw and vegan!
It’s also yummy and has lots of vitamins, minerals, and enzymes.
Give it a try. It’s the perfect compliment to the vegan pizza I posted earlier this week.
- 3 Roma Tomatoes
- 1 cup of sundried tomatoes, soaked for at least an hour
- 4 dates, pitted and soaked for at least an hour
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 2 gloves of garlic
- 3 TB basil
- 1/2 tsp of sea salt (or to taste)
- pinch of cayenne pepper (or to taste)
Place all ingredients into the food processor. Combine until smooth.
Use this sauce for pizza or pasta recipes.
