I love taking walks.
In fact, people often think it’s weird that I’d prefer to walk than drive or get a ride sometimes.
I prefer walking in nature, but I will walk anywhere just to clear my head.
The simple act of moving my feet and getting my heart rate up seems to help me feel immense relief from stress, cloudy thinking, or a bad or neutral mood.
When I saw this image on facebook, it really stood out to me how medicine can be so simple sometimes.
